Like no other surveillance platform in its class, NetDVR realizes the promise of true IP-based video surveillance – features, total system-wide control, and universal camera and hardware support. Above all, NetDVR leads the pack with uncompromising, proven reliability.

As IP video surveillance became ubiquitous, the challenge has shifted from producing video content to distributed access to relevant video content only. With growing numbers of cameras installed at a campus or facility, NetDVR allows client users to receive the camera views they need, whenever and wherever they are. Authorized users are given full control over any or all cameras, including configurable multi-camera views and Point & Click or Joystick PTZ control, right from their PCs.

NetDVR offers the most comprehensive camera support on the market, from megapixel cameras and 360-degree recording technologies to users' existing analog equipment. NetDVR is also bundled with many useful APIs for seamless integration with other industry-standard products such as Access Control, Point of Sale and Video Content Analysis systems.

Access to camera views is enabled through OnSSI’s NetGuard map-driven client (free unlimited licenses available) or via the NetDVR Web Client using a regular Web browser, without the need for video matrixes, multiplexers and switches. NetDVR is compatible with OnSSI’s advanced Virtual Matrix Switches (VMS) and video intelligence add-ons, NetSwitcher and NetMatrix.
